The Police Treatment Centre has a 3 lane pool offering higher than average temperatures. There are separate male and female changing rooms and plenty of parking.

Please use the postcode HG2 0AD. On arrival at the main building please sign in all members visiting the pool & you will be shown to the pool & changing rooms. Please be aware that this is a treatment centre and we ask that noise is kept to a minimum at all times.

 Friday Evening Sessions

Sessions run from 4pm till 7pm every Friday evening during term time.

With Head Instructor Claire, Drake and Lucy teaching the sessions on a weekly basis.

Saturday Afternoon Sessions

Sessions run from 2pm till 5.30pm every Saturday afternoon during term time.

With Head Instructor Claire, Drake and Billy teaching the sessions on a weekly basis.

 Sunday Morning Sessions

Sessions run from 9am till 1pm every Sunday morning during term time.

With Drake, Sean and Jo teaching the sessions on a weekly basis.
