What age do you take children from?
We take children who are water confident, by water confident we mean children who are able to blow bubbles in the water, happy to be in the water, and possibly have used swim aids in the water previously.
Children who are not water confident we take from the age of 3.5 years.

Assessments
We assess all children on a half termly basis, unless the half term is particulary short then we may wait till the end of term to allow the child more time to achieve the next level.

Which venues do you teach at?
We teach at many venues covering Harrogate (Police Treatment Centre and Harrogate Ladies College), York (St Peter’s School and The Mount), Otley, Cundall and Pocklington. Further details at specific venue in each area can be found here on our venue page.
Do you run intensive swim lessons?
We try to run intensive swim weeks in the school holidays when venue’s permit.

What do I do if we can’t make a lesson one week?
If you cannot make a lesson in our half term blocks that we will try our best to fit you into a make up lesson.
We do, however reserve the right to limit this unique gesture of goodwill to one lesson per half term block.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday – Wednesday & Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm and can be contacted on our office number of 01347 825257.
If you message us via Facebook or email during working hours we will get back to you where possible within 24 hours, if you message on a Thursday or at the weekend we will respond in 48hours, this is because Thursday is our day off and we are at venues teaching all weekend.
